In Thursday's non-league challenge, the host Airport Jets volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Woodhaven Warriors.

The Jets (7-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Rochester (Rochester Hills, MI). The Falcons come into the non-league challenge with a 4-7 record. In their last challenge, Rochester lost by Adams (Rochester, MI), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Warriors play the Edsel Ford Thunderbirds (Dearborn, MI) in a Downriver challenge, on Thursday, September 12. Woodhaven will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record.
