Arizona High School Volleyball - West Point bounced by Desert Ridge

Desert Ridge Jaguars (Mesa, AZ) boosters left the game thrilled Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting West Point Dragons (Avondale, AZ), 3-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Desert Ridge improves its record to 3-2 on the season. The Jaguars travel to Westwood (Mesa, AZ) to encounter the Warriors in a non-league test on Friday, September 6. The Warriors go into the test with a record of 1-2. Westwood lost 3-1 in their recent non-league test against Pinnacle (Phoenix, AZ)

The Dragons now own a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to South Mountain for a non-league match on Tuesday, September 10. West Point will battle a Jaguars squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Gila Ridge (Yuma, AZ). The Jaguars record now stands at 2-1.
