In Thursday's non-league challenge, the visiting East Jessamine Jaguars volleyball team scored a close 3-2 triumph over the Tates Creek Commodores.

The Jaguars (4-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Sayre (Lexington, KY). The Spartans come into the non-league challenge with a 3-2 record.

Next, the Commodores play the Boyle County Rebels (Danville, KY) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 7. Tates Creek will attempt to upgrade on its 1-5 season record. The Rebels come into the challenge with a 2-4 record after their 3-1 non-league loss to Woodford County (Versailles, KY).
