Marist Spartans (Eugene, OR) boosters left the game satisfied Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting North Eugene Highlanders (Eugene, OR), 3-1 in a non-league test.

With the win, Marist improves its record to 2-0 on the season. The Spartans travel to Stayton (Stayton, OR) to face the Eagles in a non-league test on Tuesday, September 10. The Eagles go into the test with a record of 2-2.

The Highlanders now own a 0-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Silverton for a non-league test on Saturday, September 7.
