The Ruston Bearcats overwhelmed the host Acadiana Rams football squad by a margin of 46-7 in Friday's non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Bearcats face the Cabot Panthers (Cabot, AR) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, September 12. Ruston will attempt to improve on its 1-0 season record. The Panthers enter the challenge with a 0-2 record after their 52-14 non-league loss to Bentonville West (Centerton, AR).
