The Aiken Fighting Green Hornets football team (Aiken, SC), dropped 36-17 in Friday's non-league bout with the visiting Hilton Head Island Seahawks (Hilton Head Island, SC)

With the victory, Hilton Head Island betters its record to 2-1 on the year. The Seahawks host Hardeeville (Hardeeville, SC) to confront the Canes in a non-league contest on Friday, September 12. The Canes enter the contest with a record of 1-2. Hardeeville lost 26-6 in their recent non-league contest against East Clarendon (Turbeville, SC)
