The Au Gres-Sims Wolverines felled the visiting Alcona Tigers football team by a score of 26-0 in Friday's non-league test.
The Wolverines now sport a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they host Cedarville for a non-league test on Friday, September 19. Au Gres-Sims will meet a Trojans squad coming off a 52-0 non-league win over Forest Area (Fife Lake, MI). The Trojans record now stands at 1-1.
The Tigers (0-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Morrice (Morrice, MI). The Orioles enter the non-league challenge with a 1-1 record. In their last challenge, Morrice lost by St. Patrick (Portland, MI), 14-7, in a league challenge.
