Kentucky High School Football - Atherton defeats Mercer County

September 5, 2025: Harrodsburg, KY 40330

In Friday's non-league match, the visiting Atherton Ravens football squad scored a good 28-7 victory over the Mercer County Titans.

The Ravens (3-0) will now prepare for their match against DuPont Manual (Louisville, KY). The Crimsons enter the non-league match with a 2-1 record. In their last match, DuPont Manual thwarted Frederick Douglass (Lexington, KY), 28-14, in a non-league battle.

The Titans now own a 0-3 record. They play next when they travel to Raceland for a non-league battle on Friday, September 12. Mercer County will play a Rams team coming off a 35-27 non-league loss to Pikeville (Pikeville, KY). The Rams record now stands at 2-1.
