Nebraska High School Football - Loomis wallops Axtell

The Loomis Wolves football squad scored 62 points and limited the visiting Axtell Wildcats to 0 in the Wolves non-league triumph on Friday.

The Wolves now sport a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Anselmo-Merna for a non-league test on Friday, September 12. Loomis will face a Coyotes team coming off a 44-36 non-league win over Overton (Overton, NE). The Coyotes record now stands at 2-0.

The Wildcats (0-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Cambridge (Cambridge, NE). The Trojans come into the non-league outing with a 2-0 record. In their last outing, Cambridge trounced Franklin (Franklin, NE), 60-32, in a non-league outing.
