The Tomah Timberwolves were victorious over the host Baraboo Thunderbirds football team by a score of 19-8 in Friday's league challenge.
In their next game, the Timberwolves face the La Crosse Logan Rangers (La Crosse, WI) in a Mississippi Valley challenge, on Friday, September 12. Tomah will attempt to improve on its 1-2 season record. The Rangers enter the challenge with a 3-0 record after their 43-21 league win over Sparta (Sparta, WI).
The Thunderbirds (0-3) will now prepare for their challenge against La Crosse Central (La Crosse, WI). The Riverhawks enter the Mississippi Valley challenge with a 1-2 record. In their last challenge, La Crosse Central ran past Reedsburg (Reedsburg, WI), 35-28, in a league challenge.
