The Bethlehem Central Eagles ran past the visiting South Glens Falls Bulldogs football squad by a margin of 28-0 in Friday's non-league test.
The Eagles now sport a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they host Albany for a non-league challenge on Friday, September 12. Bethlehem Central will face a Falcons team coming off a 34-26 non-league win over Amsterdam (Amsterdam, NY). The Falcons record now stands at 1-0.
The Bulldogs (0-1) will now prepare for their test against La Salle Institute (Troy, NY). The Cadets come into the non-league test with a 0-1 record. In their last test, La Salle Institute was defeated by Our Lady of Lourdes (Poughkeepsie, NY), 44-38, in a non-league test.
