The Mater Dei Catholic Crusaders felled the host Bishop O'Dowd Dragons football squad by a margin of 31-6 in Friday's non-league test.
The Crusaders now sport a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they host San Marcos for a non-league test on Friday, September 12. Mater Dei Catholic will meet a Knights squad coming off a 45-28 non-league win over Poway (Poway, CA). The Knights record now stands at 2-1.
With the defeat, Bishop O'Dowd drops to 1-1 on the campaign. The Dragons travel to Rancho Cotate (Rohnert Park, CA) to face the Cougars in a non-league challenge on Friday, September 12. The Cougars enter the challenge with a record of 2-0. Rancho Cotate won 27-7 in their recent non-league challenge against Redwood (Larkspur, CA)
