    • Texas High School Football - Lake Dallas can't hold off Brewer

    September 5, 2025: Fort Worth, TX 76108

    The Brewer Bears got by the visiting Lake Dallas Falcons football team by a score of 14-10 in Friday's non-league challenge.

    In their next game, the Bears play the Aledo Bearcats (Aledo, TX) in a 5A-1 Region I District 3 challenge, on Friday, September 12. Brewer will attempt to improve on its 2-0 season record. The Bearcats go into the challenge with a 2-0 record after their 18-0 non-league win over Lancaster (Lancaster, TX).

    The Falcons (1-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Kaufman (Kaufman, TX). The Lions go into the non-league challenge with a 2-0 record. In their last outing, Kaufman edged Athens (Athens, TX), 14-13, in a non-league outing.
