The crowd at Friday's non-league contest between the Buhl Indians (Buhl, ID) and the host Mountain Home Tigers (Mountain Home, ID), witnessed Buhl's football squad topple Mountain Home by a count of 14-0.

The Indians (2-0) will now prepare for their contest against Declo (Declo, ID). The Hornets enter the non-league contest with a 2-1 record. In their last contest, Declo thwarted Aberdeen (Aberdeen, ID), 21-14, in a league contest.

Next up, the Tigers encounter the Canyon Ridge Riverhawks (Twin Falls, ID) in a 5A Southern Idaho - River bout, on Friday, September 12. Mountain Home will attempt to advance on its 0-2 season record. The Riverhawks go into the bout with a 0-3 record after their 34-6 non-league loss to Century (Pocatello, ID).
