The Downers Grove North Trojans walloped the host Downers Grove South Mustangs football team by a score of 55-13 in Friday's non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Trojans play the Hinsdale Central Red Devils (Hinsdale, IL) in a West Suburban - Silver challenge, on Friday, September 12. Downers Grove North will attempt to improve on its 2-0 season record. The Red Devils go into the challenge with a 2-0 record after their 28-14 non-league win over Naperville Central (Naperville, IL).
