California High School Football - Lakewood defeated by Edison

The Edison Chargers were victorious over the visiting Lakewood Lancers football team by a score of 31-0 in Friday's non-league outing.

The Chargers now sport a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Palos Verdes for a non-league game on Friday, September 12. Edison will clash with a Sea Kings squad coming off a 30-6 non-league win over Carson (Carson, CA). The Sea Kings record now stands at 2-1.

With the defeat, Lakewood drops to 1-2 on the campaign. The Lancers host Mayfair (Lakewood, CA) to clash with the Monsoons in a non-league outing on Friday, September 12. The Monsoons come into the outing with a record of 0-3. Mayfair lost 34-29 in their recent non-league outing against Las Vegas (Las Vegas, NV)
