Alabama High School Football - Lauderdale County smashes Elkmont

September 5, 2025: Elkmont, AL 35620

The Lauderdale County Tigers (Rogersville, AL) football trounced the host Elkmont Red Devils (Elkmont, AL), 51-7 in Friday's league game.

In their next game, the Tigers battle the Colbert County Indians (Leighton, AL) in a 3A Region 7 game, on Friday, September 12. Lauderdale County will attempt to better on its 3-0 season record. The Indians enter the game with a 1-2 record after their 62-24 league loss to Mars Hill Bible (Florence, AL).

The Red Devils (0-3) will now prepare for their game against Colbert Heights (Tuscumbia, AL). The Wildcats enter the 3A Region 7 game with a 3-0 record. In their last game, Colbert Heights overwhelmed Clements (Athens, AL), 38-0, in a league game.
