North Carolina High School Football - Forbush trounced by Starmount

September 5, 2025: East Bend, NC 27018

The Forbush Falcons football team (East Bend, NC), was crushed 34-0 in Friday's non-league contest with the visiting Starmount Rams (Boonville, NC)

The Rams (2-1) will now prepare for their contest against Elkin (Elkin, NC). The Buckin' Elks enter the Mountain Valley 2A/3A/4A contest with a 2-0 record.

Coming up next, the Falcons battle the Elkin Buckin' Elks (Elkin, NC) in a non-league contest, on Friday, September 12. Forbush will attempt to better on its 1-2 season record. The Buckin' Elks enter the contest with a 2-0 record after their 39-12 non-league win over North Stokes (Danbury, NC).
