Virginia High School Football - Hargrave Military Academy prevails The Covenant

In Friday's non-league match, the visiting Hargrave Military Academy Tigers football squad scored a good 28-7 triumph over the The Covenant Eagles.
The Tigers (1-0) will now prepare for their battle against Virginia Episcopal School (Lynchburg, VA). The Bishops go into the non-league battle with a 0-1 record. In their last battle, Virginia Episcopal School was dropped by Blue Ridge (St. George, VA), 21-12, in a league battle.
The Eagles now have a 0-2 record. They play next when they travel to Christchurch School for a non-league battle on Saturday, September 13. The Covenant will play a Seahorses team coming off a 50-6 non-league win over Isle of Wight Academy (Isle of Wight, VA). The Seahorses record now stands at 1-0.
