    In Friday's non-league game, the Skyview Wolverines (Thornton, CO) football team triumphed over the host Hinkley Thunder (Aurora, CO), by a tally of 71-0.

    In their next game, the Wolverines face the Niwot Cougars (Niwot, CO) in a non-league game, on Friday, September 12. Skyview will attempt to move on its 2-0 season record. The Cougars enter the game with a 0-2 record after their 56-42 non-league loss to Centaurus (Lafayette, CO).

    The Thunder (0-2) will now prepare for their game against Timnath (Timnath, CO). The Cubs enter the non-league game with a 1-1 record.
