Alabama High School Football - Leroy tops McIntosh

September 5, 2025: McIntosh, AL 36553

The Leroy Bears football squad scored 42 points and limited the host McIntosh Demons to 26 in the Bears league triumph on Friday.

The Bears now hold a 3-0 record. They play next when they host Sweet Water for a 1A Region 1 challenge on Friday, September 12. Leroy will face a Bulldogs team coming off a 25-12 league loss to Millry (Millry, AL). The Bulldogs record now stands at 0-2.

The Demons (1-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Southern Choctaw (Gilbertown, AL). The Indians go into the 1A Region 1 challenge with a 2-0 record. In their last challenge, Southern Choctaw toppled Shields (Beatrice, AL), 50-0, in a league challenge.
