North Carolina High School Football - Loris triumphant over South Columbus

September 5, 2025: Tabor City, NC 28463

The crowd at Friday's non-league contest between the Loris Lions (Loris, SC) and the host South Columbus Stallions (Tabor City, NC), witnessed Loris's football squad wallop South Columbus by a tally of 54-14.

The Lions (3-0) will now prepare for their bout against North Myrtle Beach (Little River, SC). The Chiefs go into the non-league bout with a 2-1 record. In their last bout, North Myrtle Beach smashed West Brunswick (Shallotte, NC), 24-12, in a non-league bout.

The Stallions now own a 2-1 record. They play next when they travel to West Brunswick for a non-league bout on Friday, September 12. South Columbus will encounter a Trojans team coming off a 24-12 non-league loss to North Myrtle Beach (Little River, SC). The Trojans record now stands at 2-1.
