The Round Lake Panthers walloped the visiting Maine East Blue Demons football team by a score of 41-0 in Friday's non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Panthers face the Grayslake North Knights (Grayslake, IL) in a Northern Lake County challenge, on Friday, September 12. Round Lake will attempt to improve on its 1-1 season record. The Knights enter the challenge with a 0-2 record after their 40-26 non-league loss to Elgin (Elgin, IL).
The Blue Demons (0-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Wheeling (Wheeling, IL). The Wildcats come into the non-league outing with a 0-2 record. In their last outing, Wheeling was overwhelmed by Hoffman Estates (Hoffman Estates, IL), 63-6, in a non-league outing.
