Pennsylvania High School Football - Montour beat Trinity

The Montour Spartans football squad scored 35 points and limited the visiting Trinity Hillers to 27 in the Spartans non-league triumph on Friday.

The Spartans now have a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Knoch for a non-league game on Friday, September 12. Montour will face a Knights team coming off a 20-18 non-league loss to Fox Chapel (Pittsburgh, PA). The Knights record now stands at 0-3.

The Hillers (0-1) will now prepare for their game against Laurel Highlands (Uniontown, PA). The Mustangs enter the WPIAL AAAA Big Six game with a 2-1 record.
