In Friday's non-league match, the host St. Dominic Crusaders football squad scored a decisive 65-0 triumph over the Normandy Vikings.

The Crusaders (2-0) will now prepare for their match against St. Francis Borgia (Washington, MO). The Knights come into the AAA match with a 2-0 record. In their last match, St. Francis Borgia routed Owensville (Owensville, MO), 47-24, in a non-league match.

Next up, the Vikings play the Belleville West Maroons (Belleville, IL) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, September 13. Normandy will attempt to improve on its 0-2 season record. The Maroons go into the battle with a 1-1 record after their 35-14 non-league loss to Fort Zumwalt West (O'Fallon, MO).
