    The Ripon Indians football squad scored 21 points and limited the visiting Oakland Wildcats to 6 in the Indians non-league win on Friday.

    In their next game, the Indians face the Hughson Huskies (Hughson, CA) in a Trans Valley League challenge, on Friday, September 19. Ripon will attempt to improve on its 3-0 season record.

    The Wildcats (1-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Tennyson (Hayward, CA). The Lancers go into the non-league challenge with a 2-0 record. In their last test, Tennyson topped Newark Memorial (Newark, CA), 30-0, in a non-league test.
