In Friday's non-league game, the Scituate Sailors (Scituate, MA) football team edged the visiting Westerly Bulldogs (Westerly, RI), by a tally of 33-29.

In their next game, the Sailors battle the Duxbury Dragons (Duxbury, MA) in a non-league game, on Friday, September 12. Scituate will attempt to better on its 1-0 season record. The Dragons enter the contest with a 1-0 record after their 52-44 non-league win over Abington (Abington, MA).

Coming up next, the Bulldogs battle the RHAM Raptors (Hebron, CT) in a non-league contest, on Friday, September 12. Westerly will attempt to better on its 0-1 season record.
