With the win, San Marin improves its record to 3-1 on the season. The Mustangs travel to Rancho Cotate (Rohnert Park, CA) to encounter the Cougars in a non-league battle on Thursday, September 11. The Cougars go into the battle with a record of 6-3. Rancho Cotate won 2-0 in their recent non-league battle against Cardinal Newman (Santa Rosa, CA)

The Spartans now have a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they host Mt. Diablo for a non-league contest on Tuesday, October 7.
