In Friday's non-league match, the host Kearny Komets flag football squad scored a good 26-0 triumph over the Hoover Cardinals.
The Komets (4-1) will now prepare for their match against Sage Creek (Carlsbad, CA). The Bobcats come into the non-league match with a 0-4 record. In their last match, Sage Creek went down by Mission Hills (San Marcos, CA), 27-0, in a non-league challenge.
The Cardinals (0-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Scripps Ranch (San Diego, CA). The Falcons go into the challenge with a 7-0 record.
