The Temple Academy Bereans edged the visiting Rangeley Lakes Lakers soccer team by a tally of 2-1 in Friday's non-league game.
Next, the Bereans face the Telstar Rebels (Bethel, ME) in a non-league game, on Monday, September 8. Temple Academy will attempt to advance on its 1-0 season record. The Rebels enter the game with a 0-1 record after their 1-0 league loss to Dirigo (Dixfield, ME).
The Lakers (0-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Pine Tree Academy (Freeport, ME). The Breakers go into the non-league challenge with a 0-0 record.
