California High School Football - Biggs over Redding Christian

The crowd at Friday's non-league contest between the Biggs Wolverines (Biggs, CA) and the visiting Redding Christian Lions (Palo Cedro, CA), saw Biggs's football team gain a win over Redding Christian by a final score of 20-6.

With the win, Biggs advances its record to 1-0 on the season. The Wolverines host Highlands (North Highlands, CA) to confront the Scots in a non-league contest on Friday, September 12. The Scots enter the contest with a record of 1-1. Highlands won 20-0 in their recent non-league contest against Kennedy (Sacramento, CA)

Coming up next, the Lions confront the Maxwell Panthers (Maxwell, CA) in a non-league contest, on Friday, September 12. Redding Christian will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record. The Panthers enter the contest with a 0-1 record after their 36-21 non-league loss to Lower Lake (Lower Lake, CA).
