The Binghamton Patriots football team scored 26 points and held the visiting Chenango Valley Warriors to 14 in the Patriots non-league victory on Friday.

In their next game, the Patriots face the Rome Free Academy Black Knights (Rome, NY) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 13. Binghamton will attempt to improve on its 1-0 season record. The Black Knights enter the challenge with a 0-1 record after their 24-14 non-league loss to Proctor (Utica, NY).

The Warriors (0-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Waverly (Waverly, NY). The Wolverines come into the non-league test with a 0-0 record.
