California High School Football - Placer can't hold off Del Oro

The Del Oro Golden Eagles got by the host Placer Hillmen football team by a score of 12-8 in Friday's non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Golden Eagles play the Foothill Cougars (Palo Cedro, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, September 12. Del Oro will attempt to improve on its 1-1 season record. The Cougars go into the challenge with a 2-0 record after their 30-23 non-league win over San Marin (Novato, CA).

With the defeat, Placer drops to 1-2 on the campaign. The Hillmen travel to Antelope (Antelope, CA) to meet the Titans in a non-league test on Friday, September 12. The Titans come into the test with a record of 1-2. Antelope lost 23-0 in their recent non-league test against Sonora (Sonora, CA)
