San Lorenzo Valley Cougars (Felton, CA) followers went home in high spirits Friday as they saw their football team tip the host Harbor Pirates (Santa Cruz, CA), 6-0 in a non-league battle.
With the win, San Lorenzo Valley advances its record to 2-0 on the season. The Cougars travel to Stevenson (Pebble Beach, CA) to play the Pirates in a non-league battle on Saturday, September 20. The Pirates go into the battle with a record of 0-0.
The Pirates now own a 1-1 record. They play next when they travel to Yerba Buena for a non-league battle on Friday, September 12. Harbor will play a Aztec Warriors team coming off a 22-14 non-league loss to Homestead (Cupertino, CA). The Aztec Warriors record now stands at 0-1.
