In Friday's league outing, the visiting Louis E. Dieruff Huskies soccer squad scored a tight 5-0 victory over the Bethlehem Catholic Hawks.

The Huskies (3-3) will now prepare for their outing against Pleasant Valley (Brodheadsville, PA). The Bears go into the Eastern Penn test with a 4-1 record. In their last test, Pleasant Valley was overwhelmed by Nazareth Area (Nazareth, PA), 2-1, in a league bout.

With the loss, Bethlehem Catholic moves to 1-2 on the year. The Hawks travel to Nazareth Area (Nazareth, PA) to play the Blue Eagles in a Eastern Penn bout on Monday, September 8. The Blue Eagles go into the bout with a record of 4-1. Nazareth Area won 6-0 in their recent league bout against East Stroudsburg North (Dingmans Ferry, PA)
