Fans at Friday's non-league battle between the Clayton Comets (Clayton, NC) and the visiting Felton Grove Galaxy (Apex, NC), saw Clayton's soccer squad triumph over Felton Grove by a count of 7-0.

The Comets (4-1) will now prepare for their battle against East Wake (Wendell, NC). The Warriors come into the non-league match with a 2-4 record.

The Galaxy now sport a 0-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Fuquay - Varina for a non-league match on Thursday, September 11.
