The Lindsay Leopards triumphed over the host Durant Lions softball team by a margin of 7-2 in Friday's non-league battle.

The Leopards now sport a 14-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Tishomingo for a 3A battle on Monday, September 8. Lindsay will confront a Indians team coming off a 8-0 non-league loss to Washington (Washington, OK). The Indians record now stands at 9-10.

With the loss, Durant moves to 3-13 on the season. The Lions travel to Ardmore (Ardmore, OK) to confront the Tigers in a non-league battle on Monday, September 8. The Tigers go into the challenge with a record of 0-13. Ardmore lost 22-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Plainview (Ardmore, OK)
