The Pocola Indians (Pocola, OK) softball nipped the host Edmond Santa Fe Wolves (Edmond, OK), 9-8 in Friday's non-league outing.

The Indians now sport a 9-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Mannford for a non-league outing on Friday, September 5. Pocola will encounter a Pirates squad coming off a 6-0 league loss to Tecumseh (Tecumseh, OK). The Pirates record now stands at 9-3.
