Oklahoma High School Softball - Tahlequah bounces Red Oak

In Friday's non-league game, the host Tahlequah Tigers softball squad scored a close 5-0 triumph over the Red Oak Eagles.
With the triumph, Tahlequah upgrades its record to 18-3 on the year. The Tigers travel to Shawnee (Shawnee, OK) to confront the Wolves in a 5A District 4 battle on Monday, September 8. The Wolves come into the battle with a record of 4-3. Shawnee won 4-2 in their recent league challenge against Durant (Durant, OK)
The Eagles (5-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Muskogee (Muskogee, OK). The Roughers enter the non-league challenge with a 11-10 record. In their last challenge, Muskogee was routed by Bartlesville (Bartlesville, OK), 1-0, in a non-league challenge.
