The Meeker Cowboys were victorious over the host De Beque Dragons volleyball team by a margin of 3-0 in Friday's league outing.

The Cowboys now possess a 3-2 record. They play next when they host Vail Christian for a 2A/1A Western Slope outing on Friday, September 12.

With the loss, De Beque drops to 2-5 on the campaign. The Dragons travel to Grand Valley (Parachute, CO) to play the Cardinals in a non-league outing on Tuesday, September 9. The Cardinals come into the outing with a record of 1-6. Grand Valley lost 3-0 in their recent non-league outing against Plateau Valley (Collbran, CO)
