The East College Prep Spartans volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the host South LA College Prep Knights to 1 in the Spartans non-league triumph on Friday.

The Spartans now sport a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Collins Family for a Eastside outing on Tuesday, September 9. East College Prep will play a Jaguars team coming off a 3-0 league win over CALS Early College (Los Angeles, CA). The Jaguars record now stands at 2-0.

With the loss, South LA College Prep drops to 0-2 on the campaign. The Knights host USC Hybrid (Los Angeles, CA) to play the Trojans in a non-league outing on Friday, September 26. The Trojans come into the outing with a record of 2-0.
