The Elgin Huskies (Elgin, OR) volleyball knocked off the visiting Perrydale Pirates (Amity, OR), 3-0 in Friday's non-league match.
Next up, the Huskies confront the Wallowa Cougars (Wallowa, OR) in a 1A Old Oregon match, on Thursday, September 11. Elgin will attempt to better on its 2-4 season record.
With the loss, Perrydale drops to 2-3 on the campaign. The Pirates travel to Falls City/Kings Valley Charter (Falls City, OR) to clash with the Mountaineers in a 1A Casco bout on Tuesday, September 9. The Mountaineers come into the bout with a record of 0-2. Falls City/Kings Valley Charter lost 3-1 in their recent league contest against Lewis Academy (Newberg, OR)
