The Fossil Ridge Panthers volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the visiting Weatherford Kangaroos to 1 in the Panthers non-league triumph on Friday.

The Panthers now have a 13-13 record. They play next when they travel to Chisholm Trail for a 5A Region I District 5 outing on Tuesday, September 9. Fossil Ridge will play a Rangers team coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Northwest (Justin, TX). The Rangers record now stands at 10-15.

With the loss, Weatherford drops to 15-10 on the campaign. The Kangaroos travel to Mansfield Legacy (Mansfield, TX) to play the Broncos in a 6A Region I District 3 outing on Tuesday, September 9. The Broncos come into the outing with a record of 15-10. Mansfield Legacy won 3-1 in their recent non-league outing against Richland (North Richland Hills, TX)
