California High School Volleyball - Kennedy Tehachapi

Tehachapi Warriors (Tehachapi, CA) backers were pleased Friday as they witnessed their volleyball team overcome the host Kennedy Thunderbirds (Delano, CA), 2-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Warriors (4-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Golden Valley (Bakersfield, CA). The Bulldogs go into the non-league test with a 4-8 record. In their last test, Golden Valley gained a win over McFarland (McFarland, CA), 2-1, in a non-league test.

The Thunderbirds now sport a 1-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Taft for a South Sequoia test on Tuesday, September 9. Kennedy will face a Wildcats squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to West (Bakersfield, CA). The Wildcats record now stands at 3-9.
