In Friday's non-league match, the Laconia Sachems (Laconia, NH) volleyball squad overcame the host Manchester Memorial Crusaders (Manchester, NH), by a count of 3-0.

Next up, the Sachems battle the Stark Generals (Weare, NH) in a Division II match, on Monday, September 8. Laconia will attempt to move on its 1-1 season record.

The Crusaders (0-3) will now prepare for their match against Kingswood (Wolfeboro, NH). The Knights come into the Division II bout with a 0-1 record. In their last bout, Kingswood fell by Oyster River (Durham, NH), 3-0, in a league bout.
