The Cougars (2-3) will now prepare for their contest against Fillmore Central (Harmony, MN). The Falcons enter the non-league contest with a 3-0 record. In their last battle, Fillmore Central achieved victory over La Crescent (La Crescent, MN), 3-0, in a league battle.

The Mustangs now own a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Fillmore Central for a non-league contest on Friday, September 5. Mounds View will meet a Falcons team coming off a 3-1 league win over Chatfield (Chatfield, MN). The Falcons record now stands at 4-0.
