Illinois High School Volleyball - Clifton Central over Iroquois West

Clifton Central Comets (Clifton, IL) supporters left the game in high spirits Monday as they observed their volleyball squad top the host Iroquois West Raiders (Gilman, IL), 2-0 in a non-league match.

Next up, the Comets clash with the Watseka Warriors (Watseka, IL) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, September 7. Clifton Central will attempt to advance on its 2-10 season record. The Warriors come into the match with a 4-4 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Illinois Lutheran (Crete, IL).

With the loss, Iroquois West drops to 1-4 on the campaign. The Raiders travel to Momence (Momence, IL) to clash with the Redskins in a non-league match on Tuesday, September 7.
