With the win, Kirtland Central upgrades its record to 2-0 on the year. The Broncos travel to Piedra Vista (Farmington, NM) to play the Panthers in a non-league bout on Tuesday, September 20. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 1-0.

The Pirates now own a 2-1 record. They play next when they host Bernalillo for a non-league bout on Tuesday, September 13. Grants will play a Spartans squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Moriarty (Moriarty, NM). The Spartans record now stands at 0-1.
