The crowd at Tuesday's non-league test between the Monroe Hornets (Monroe, OH) and the visiting Carroll Patriots (Dayton, OH), saw Monroe's soccer squad knock off Carroll by a margin of 3-1.

The Hornets now sport a 6-0 record. They play next when they travel to Waynesville for a Southwestern Buckeye - East test on Thursday, September 8. Monroe will meet a Spartans squad coming off a 8-1 non-league win over Chaminade-Julienne (Dayton, OH). The Spartans record now stands at 7-0.

With the loss, Carroll drops to 0-4 on the season. The Patriots host Valley View (Germantown, OH) to meet the Spartans in a non-league test on Saturday, September 10. The Spartans come into the test with a record of 5-2.
