The Magnificat Blue Streaks held off the visiting Walsh Jesuit Warriors volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Blue Streaks now have a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Northview for a non-league test on Saturday, October 15.
The Warriors (3-2) will now prepare for their test against Notre Dame-Cathedral Latin (Chardon, OH). The Lions enter the test with a 3-1 record. In their last test, Notre Dame-Cathedral Latin held off Gilmour Academy (Gates Mills, OH), 2-0, in a non-league test.
